Watch in HD! I have had an EasyCap for a while and only just got it working to a half decent standard! I couldn't find out how to record in PAL-60. I couldn't even find a tut for it so here is a tut to help all you guys with the EasyCap! Don't forget to rate, comment and sub! I got this from a great Easycap helper - "Hi, I got today a new Windows driver package for Empia 2861 chipset from the manufacturer (EETI from Taiwan). I tested it right away with my 64bit Windows 7 and EasyCap DC60+ v3.1B and both video driver (USB 2861 Device) and audio driver (USB EMP Audio Device) seem to work very well. They was dated 20th August 2010.
